If you had a paid registration for either of the 2020 or 2021 Festivals, that registration fee includes participation in the 2022 Plein Air Festival. If you were not registered for the either of prior year these Festivals, the non-refundable fee is $75 and includes your round trip ferry ticket, box lunch, and the opportunity to sell your work and participate in the awards selection. If you are a Cuttyhunk Islander, that fee is $30.

2022 Juror
Bob Smith
Bob Smith, a lifelong Cuttyhunker, attended New York University Film School and produced and directed documentaries and commercials in New York.
As a partner in Tiverton 4 Corners art gallery, Bob collected and sold contemporary Chinese and Southeast Asian art and curated exhibits on Abstract Expressionism, the Art of Polaroid, as well as local artists working in various media.
Bob also served on the collections committee of the New Bedford Whaling Museum, championing contemporary artists.
An inaugural juror for the Cuttyhunk Plein Air Festival, Bob returns for the live festival in 2022.
2022 Juror
Jodi Stevens
Jodi Stevens serves as the Executive Director at the Marion Art Center, located in Marion, MA, a post she began in September 2018. This “small but mighty” nonprofit institution offers art exhibits, theater productions, and music concerts, as well as creative workshops, classes, and clubs for both children and adults. The MAC also sponsors community events including SouthCoast Spring Arts, Art in Bloom, Arts in the Park, and the local Halloween parade.
Stevens has nearly 15 years of management and administrative experience, with extensive work in the arts. Additionally, she is a professional textile artist who has shown work in Canada and across the U.S. and has served as a visiting artist in residence for various programs in Colorado and Massachusetts. She recently stepped down from her five-year post as the administrative manager for the Art Drive, a successful annual open art studio tour in Westport and Dartmouth. Previous roles include Operations Manager at the New Bedford Port Society, which maintains the historic Seamen’s Bethel and Mariner’s Home located in the New Bedford Whaling National Historical Park; Adjunct Faculty for the Continuing Education Department at Rhode Island School of Design; Curator at Dedee Shattuck Gallery in Westport, MA; and Studio Manager for a local professional artist.
Stevens has directed art workshops and participated in textile-based educational outreach programs through museum partnerships and commissions, including the Fuller Craft Museum in Brockton, and the Albany Institute of History and Art in Albany, N.Y. She received her bachelor of fine arts in textiles from East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C. and completed her MFA in fibers at the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth. She resides in New Bedford.
